A change to our social media profiles and a scheduled Kuda upgrade.
This will only take a minute or two.
We’re making a couple of changes this weekend and like we always do, we’re giving you a heads-up.
What’s In A Username?
To help clarify our corporate identity in Nigeria, we’ve updated the usernames on our Twitter and Instagram accounts to Kuda MFB (short for Kuda Microfinance Bank).
Our handles remain @kudabank (and our personality has definitely not changed).
You can still tweet us whenever you like and we’ll reply you with answers or our favourite emoji (you know the one).
Stepping Up Services
In case you missed the app notifications we sent you, we’re upgrading parts of our banking infrastructure this Sunday, November 29, from 12:00 am (midnight) to 4:00 am.
“What does this mean?”
It means you won’t be able to sign in to your Kuda within those 4 hours. Please, bear with us.
The scheduled upgrade has nothing to do with your account balance, and you’ll be able to sign in as soon as we’re done (we’ll send a notification then).
Please, make all your urgent transfers and bill payments before midnight on Sunday or they’ll have to wait till 4:00 am on the same day.
