Twice As Safe
We added two-factor authentication (2FA) to Kuda for Web.
Not to sound like a broken record, but we take your money pretty seriously. So seriously that we recently added two-factor authentication (2FA) to Kuda for Web — the version of Kuda we designed for browsers.
(If you’re wondering why you’d ever want to use Kuda on your browser, check out these reasons.)
Back to two-factor authentication (we’ll call it 2FA from now on), let’s explain what it is and why it matters.

First, what’s 2FA?
2FA is an extra layer of security to protect your account.
It means we’ll ask you for two kinds of information to confirm who you are when you’re trying to sign in to your Kuda account on Kuda for Web.
Now, what does this mean for you?
When you try to sign in on app.kudabank.com, we’ll text a five-digit sign-in code to the phone number linked to your account and you’ll type in the code to sign in.
You’ll also get an email confirmation when you’ve signed in.
We’ll leave you with some tips to help you keep your sign-in code safe:

1. Don’t share your code with anyone.
2. Use your code only on app.kudabank.com.
3. If you don’t request a sign-in code but you get one, don’t use it.
4. If you notice a sign-in to your account that isn’t by you, send us a message on the app or to help@kudabank.com as quickly as you can.
Take care. 💜
