Long before we launched the beta version of Kuda in 2019, our dream has been to build a reliable bank not only for you but with you and everyone else who trusts us to look after their money.

In the almost two years that we’ve been around, our journey has remained collaborative and we’ve deliberately carried you along as we learned by experience what it means to run a bank that works for people.

Through numerous notifications (some of which may have annoyed you), impromptu downtimes and support that could be a lot faster, you’ve stuck around and believed in us.

We could send you 25 extra free transfers to show our gratitude and call it a day, but we owe you much more.

That better service is exactly what we’re set to give you, starting with a new and inspired approach to customer support.

In a matter of weeks, we’re opening a customer service centre just a few minutes from our Yaba office.

This centre will house our expanded support team to help with your needs whenever you walk in. It will also be the home of our brand-new phone assistance service equipped to handle multiple calls at a time.

And because we’re addicted to continuous improvement, we have dedicated an entire floor at the centre to customer support training in responsiveness, technical skills and, most importantly, kindness.

For everyone who likes to keep things online, we will continue to be the bank that sorts out complaints with a simple chat on your phone — through the app, by email or social media DMs.

Our investment in the best people, smart tools and hospitable facilities are all for you.
