How We’re Reacting To The Coronavirus Threat
An essential read.

It’s not an epidemic in Nigeria, but the threat of coronavirus is real and it requires that we do our best to stay safe and make sure you can use your account whenever you need to.
These are the most important things we need you to know now:
Customer Support
We’ll continue to provide support through the in-app chat and Twitter DMs with quick responses between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, and slower responses at other times.
If you have an emergency, please let’s know what it is and we’ll call the phone number attached to your account to help you.
Remote Operations
Doing everything we can to avoid getting infected means most of us will work from home, but we’ll keep giving you our best service.
Your Money
You’ll be able to use your money as you like 24/7. Nothing will change and the app will keep running as well as ever.
Card Deliveries
Because we deliver debit cards through third party companies, delivery times may be considerably slower than before.
Go Cashless
Please, try not to touch any cash. Currency notes move around a lot and you don’t know where they may have been.
Transfers will always be an option if you don’t have a debit card.
If you absolutely need cash, you can use the Cardless Withdrawal feature on the app.
Your Health
Please, follow instructions from healthcare professionals at this time, get your news from verified sources only and don’t act in panic.
We advise that you avoid crowds and wash your hands often.
If you’re spending most of your time indoors, please try to get regular exercise and stay in touch with your friends and family as much as possible to help keep you in good mental health.

Stay safe. 💜
